Our Spring Training Volleyball Program was designed to allow athletes to gain experience training with a team and learning the rules and skills of game play. This program begins with a team placement session wherein we group athletes based on age and skill level to their designated coach. Once teams are created there will be 8 weeks of training with 2 practice session per week. See below for further details.

The goal is for each player to improve over the course of the season and/or program. We understand many people view winning as their definition of success, but improvement is a success in it of itself.
