Create an account for yourself as a parent or guardian. From your mindbody account, you will be able to view your profile where you can add your family members. You must add a relationship in your profile that connects your payment to your child so that you will be able to register your child for programs. Be sure one of the "relationships" is "parent's name shares pricing option with child's name".
